Melvin Hirshman, Bar Counsel to the Attorney Grievance Commission

Gary B. Eidelman, Partner of the Business Department and Vice Office
Managing Partner in the Baltimore office of Saul Ewing LLP, has been elected
to the Board of Directors of the Downtown Partnership, a nonprofit corporation
working with the public and private sectors to revitalize Downtown Baltimore
for businesses, employees, residents and visitors.
Venable LLP announces that Michael J. Baader has been named Partner-in-Charge
of its Baltimore office. Baader becomes the second person in the firm’s
century-long history to hold that position.
Paul W. Kim, a counsel for Ober Kaler, has been ranked among the nation’s “Outstanding
Young Healthcare Lawyers – 2005” by Nightingale’s Healthcare
News.
The Greater Baltimore Committee has added Michael C. Hodes, Managing
Director of Hodes, Ulman, Pessin & Katz, P.A., to its President’s Advisory
Council.

Ingersoll, LLP has added Joseph J. Bellinger, Jr., and Matthew G.
Summers to their Litigation Department as a partner and associate, respectively.

Douglas M. Topolski, a partner in the Baltimore office of McGuireWoods
LLP, has been highlighted in the Who’s Who Legal: Management Labor & Employment
Law list of 2006. The list is compiled through questionnaires distributed to

as an associate. Alexander concentrates her practice in the areas of domestic

Hodes, Ulman, Pessin &
Katz, P.A., has recently expanded their firm, which currently ranks as the
seventh largest in Maryland. Jennifer Kleeman joins the firm as an
associate in the Litigation group, while Jeffrey S. Glaser has joined
the firm’s Estate and Wealth Preservation group.
In a joint meeting between the Intellectual Property Owners Association and
the Japan Intellectual Property Association, held in Seattle, Washington, William
