Mike Halaiko, a counsel to business and manufacturing clients for Miles & Stockbridge, P.C., has been promoted to a principal attorney in the firm.

Randolph C. Knepper has been elected President of the Board of Directors of Greater Homewood Community Corporation, an organization strengthening neighborhoods for the 70,000 residents in north central Baltimore.

Christine M. Morse Venable LLP has promoted Kathleen Hardway, an attorney in the firm’s Products and Personal Injury Group, to partner.

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, LLP, has added three counsels to their expanded practice. Patrick T. O’Malley and Leland C. Moore, Jr., have joined the firm’s Baltimore office as counsels to the Business Litigation section and the Technology and Litigation section, respectively. Jeffrey C. Seaman was added to the Litigation department in the Washington, D.C., office.
