Robert D. Kalinoski

Franklin M. Lee received the Practitioner of the Year Award from the Black Law Students Association of the University of Maryland School of Law.  Lee is an attorney at Tydings & Rosenberg, LLP.

The Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, an international organization furthering the defense of civil litigation, selected Niles Barton attorney Paul M. Finamore as a member.

J. Mark Coulson, a principal at Miles & Stockbridge, P.C., was named a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

The Law Office of Maribel LaFontaine, P.C., added Heather L. Sunderman as managing partner.  Sunderman’s practice focuses on family law and estate planning.

Sarah Novak Nesbitt joined Weinberg & Schwartz, L.L.C., as an associate.  Nesbitt was admitted to the Maryland Bar in December 2009.

Hodes, Pessin & Katz, P.A., expanded its Medical Malpractice Defense Group by adding attorneys Joan Cerniglia-Lowensen and Kimberly Longford.

Brassel Law Group, LLC, in Annapolis, made Jennifer M. Alexander a partner and brought in Nicholas B. Holtz as an associate.

Shale Stiller

Paul Rieger has joined Old Republic National Title Insurance Company in Columbia, Maryland.  He serves as Maryland/D.C. Underwriting Counsel.

Stein, Sperling, Bennett, De Jong, Driscoll & Greenfeig, P.C., added Steven A. Widdes to the firm as a principal.

Shale Stiller joined DLA Piper as a partner in the Baltimore office.  Stiller was previously president, CEO and chairman of the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation.

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston has added attorneys Robert D. Kalinoski and L. Content McLaughlin.

Linda Lee Panlilio, a prosecutor in the Baltimore City State’s Attorney Office for 25 years, has retired.
