Alan D. Eisler, a principal at Meyers Eisler, LLC, in Rockville, Maryland, had two recent appointments within the Bankruptcy Bar Association. Eisler became president-elect for the Association’s District of Maryland and joined the Judicial Selection Committee.

The Maryland Science Center’s Board of Trustees installed Francie Cohen Spahn, an associate at Saul Ewing LLP, as a member.

John P. (Jack) Machen was named chairman of WYPR, Baltimore’s National Public Radio news station.  Machen is a partner in DLA Piper’s Baltimore office.

The Baltimore Bar Foundation, Inc., named Andrew Radding, a member of Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler, LLC, as its president. Jerald B. Lurie, Radding’s colleague at the law firm, was named president of The Simon E. Sobeloff Law Society, Baltimore Chapter.

Thomas Aquinas (Tad) DiBiase was named Deputy General Counsel to the U.S. Capitol Police.  The U.S. Capitol Police protects the Congress and its members.

Anne Hoke & Associates added Jonathan A. Kopin as an associate. Kopin will practice in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and social security disability.

Lynn Perry Parker and David W. Hotes were made partners at McMillan Metro, P.C. Anne Braucher also joined the firm as an associate.

Lerch, Early & Brewer, Chtd., added Erin Kopelman as an associate to the firm’s Family Law group.

The American Bar Foundation appointed Eric G. Orlinsky, a partner at Saul Ewing, LLP, to Fellow.

Walker & Murphy, LLP, added Scott D. Nelson to the firm as a partner.

Robert D. Kalinoski joined Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, LLP, in the firm’s Business & Corporate Practice group.

Tydings & Rosenberg, LLP, made Toyja E. Kelley a partner, and added Noah T. Lowery, G. Robert Mowell and Bryan K. Saxton to the firm as associates.  Lowery and Mowell will practice in the Litigation Department; Saxton will join the Business, Corporate and Tax Department.

Weinberg & Schwartz added Tracey Levin Perrick to their firm as an associate.

Andreas Lundstedt joined the Law Office of Andrew M. Dansicker as an associate.

Tim Berger was named an associate in the Tax practice at Gallagher Evelius & Jones, LLP.
