The primary purposes of the Committee are to (i) monitor developments in laws and cases (primarily in Maryland but also in other States) concerning limited liability companies, partnerships, and other unincorporated business associations; (ii) disseminate this information to our members though continuing legal education, emails, meetings, and postings to the Committee’s website; and (iii) where appropriate, draft, propose and champion revisions to Maryland statutes concerning unincorporated business associations.
