LAND USE COMMITTEE: |
The Land Use Committee of the Real Property Section Announces its Fall Seminar |
Steve Johnson, Principal Counsel at MDE will be speaking on
“State Environmental Management of Growth and Development for the Sake of the Bay”
You heard the Department of State Planning speak about growth controls on a state-wide basis last spring, and that law will take effect October 1. Now hear about the State-wide MDE regulations which will affect everything you want to do with land. These are far reaching, and every real estate development lawyer needs to know the new rules. Come and hear about existing rules and important new rules that are on the horizon.
This seminar will be appropriate for attorneys in private practice, attorneys who represent governmental entities and planners/engineers who need to either prepare or review development plans.
All seats are now filled and registration is closed.
