Why Should You Attend?
This program will help attendees identify and anticipate common enforcement or compliance issues when drafting settlement agreements vs. a litigated outcome. Experienced faculty will share best practices for drafting agreements, or crafting your ultimate request for relief to the court/proposed order to avoid compliance and enforcement issues. Finally, there will be a thorough review of available options and methods for enforcement and collection, depending on the obligation in play. Scroll down to view the agenda & "Meet the Faculty".
Six hours of CLE credit will be offered by the surrounding MCLE states.
If you’re unable to attend the program in person, it will be recorded and available to you to view later. You can pre-purchase the OnDemand below.
