Join the MSBA for an all new presentation of Professionalism and Civility—Assets That Will Make You a More Effective Lawyer, on Thursday, September 26, 2024  from 10 a.m. to noon at Montgomery County College, Rockville Campus.

The program is designed to emphasize the role that professionalism and civility can play in the successful outcome of any case, and the success of any attorney’s career. Participants will engage in an in-depth exploration of the ethical and professional standards required by the MARPC, with a focus on practical strategies for maintaining respectful and effective communication with clients and opposing counsel.. The course will cover topics such as courtroom decorum, client interactions, and inter-lawyer relations, emphasizing the impact of professional conduct on the legal profession and the justice system.
