The Audit Committee reports to the Board of Governors annually and maintains lines of communication with the Executive Committee regarding the work completed by the independent auditor. The Committee meets no fewer than two (2) times a year to carry out its responsibilities, including, among other things, reviewing the annual audit conducted by the independent auditor.
