About Our Section
The MSBA Administrative Law Section brings together MSBA members who share a special interest in the area of administrative law; studies and works for reform and improvements in administrative law of the State of Maryland by legislation and otherwise; reports and makes recommendations to the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of state and local governments as to the improvement of administrative law; presents programs to educate MSBA members and the public in developments in administrative law; and generally promotes the interest of the public and members of the Maryland Bar in administrative law.
