About Our Section
The MSBA Construction
Law Section brings together Maryland lawyers who practice construction litigation or construction law related to
real estate transactions with a variety of educational and social activities; fosters camaraderie and
professionalism among construction law practitioners through related events; and promotes a higher caliber of
legal practice among Section members – and across the Bar, generally – through its sponsorship of educational
programs, updates on developments in law and legislation, and written materials and resources for
practitioners.
