The MSBA Consumer
Bankruptcy Section provides a forum for consumer bankruptcy lawyers, both debtor and creditor, as well as
trustees in the State of Maryland, in which to focus on specific consumer bankruptcy laws and issues; functions
as a voice for the bankruptcy bar by monitoring and reporting on legislation, bankruptcy cases, local rules, and
court procedures affecting practitioners and consumers; and generally enhances the administration of justice and
the competence and skills of Section members by improving their ability to deliver the highest quality, most
efficient legal services to their clients.
