MSBA Recognizes Estate & Trust Law Section with 2020 Best Section Award

In November 2020, MSBA presented its annual Presidential Best Section Project Award to Benefit the Public to the Estate & Trust Law Section. The section was recognized for its work during the COVID-19 pandemic, including draft language that was used as the basis of an executive order by the Governor of Maryland to permit remote document execution.
