About Our Section
The MSBA Intellectual Property Section promotes MSBA’s objectives within the field of intellectual property law (e.g., patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and the licensing thereof) by bringing together MSBA members with a shared special interest in this field to further the study, development, and improvement of the law applicable thereto.
