About Our Section
The MSBA Real Property Section brings together, for the furtherance of their mutual interest, MSBA members having a special interest in real property and related law, including, but not limited to, laws concerning eminent domain, foreclosure, land acquisition and development, land records, leasing, real estate financing, common interest ownership communities, title, and zoning, and furthers the study, development, and improvement in such law.
