In Breona C v. Rodney D, the Court of Special Appeals upended the manner in which constructive-civil-contempt cases are handled in Maryland. Hear from the attorneys who litigated Breona C, as well as several other contempt appeals, as they explain how contempt can and can't be used in child-custody and access cases.
