Strategies for Witness Examination: Yours and Theirs

Strategies for Witness Examination: Yours and Theirs

This entertaining trial skills course serves a wide spectrum of lawyers, from the inexperienced to veteran litigators. Working from the basics: "Why do you need this witness?" to the elements of proof, credibility, witness advisories, special skills in handling experts, to communication (and cross-examination) techniques, we will work our way to reminding lawyers of their ethical duties of candor, and how to handle dangerous situations when false evidence is presented.
