Last summer in 2023, the Supreme Court’s decision in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard and UNC made quite a splash. While that decision did not impact employers directly, companies are now facing potential legal challenges to their DE&I efforts and also navigating the growing trend of state laws seeking to limit DE&I in the workplace. This session will explore the current legal landscape of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace.
