District Court - Mock Trial of an Auto Tort

Seasoned attorneys representing a plaintiff and defendant conduct a mock trial of a personal injury case stemming from an auto accident. A District Court judge will preside over the trial. Attendees will see opening statements, direct exams, cross-examinations, and closing arguments by lawyers who try cases frequently. They will get tips and recommendations to help them with their litigation skills, and the lawyers and judge will answer questions at the end of the program.

Two hours credit will be offered for the surrounding MCLE states.
