Finance and Fraud for Lawyers
Learn the fundamentals of balance sheets, income and cash flow statements, and how to identify and combat financial fraud. You'll gain a basic understanding of key finance and accounting concepts such as goodwill, equity, depreciation, and amortization, as well as the various levels of audit assurance.
