State agencies and their regulations impact people every single day, yet Administrative Law is not a required law school course. This course will introduce attendees to a new kind of law that doesn't always resemble what students typically learn in school. We'll look at the legal concepts involved, how it differs from "regular" law, and the limited standards of review available in the Circuit Court.
