Join the MSBA Estates and Trust Law Section as it presents its annual, signature event, The Advanced Estate Planning Institute on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.

As always, this program will feature analysis of new laws, regulations, and advanced practice trends to help you plan for, and protect your clients’ assets. Topics to be covered this year include Decanting of Trusts, the annual legislative update, Modifying Trusts via NJSA under the Uniform Trust Code (UTC), Ethical Issues in Estate Planning and more!

5.0 hours (including 1 hour of ethics) of CLE credit will be offered by the surrounding MCLE states. If you are unable to attend the live in-person event in May, the entire event will be recorded and available to you to view later.
