Join the MSBA Family Law Section as it presents an all new topic for Family Law University: Judgment Granted...Now What?  Post-Judgment Compliance and Enforcement Issues in Family Law on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.

Why Should You Attend?

This program will help attendees identify and anticipate common enforcement or compliance issues when drafting settlement agreements vs. a litigated outcome. Experienced faculty will share best practices for drafting agreements, or crafting your ultimate request for relief to the court/proposed order to avoid compliance and enforcement issues. Six hours of CLE credit will be offered by the surrounding MCLE states.
