Join the MSBA Immigration Section for the newest virtual presentation of Strategically Navigating U.S. Immigration Law for Foreign Businesses Entering the U.S. Market on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

This CLE presentation will empower attorneys with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complex landscape of U.S. immigration law, ensuring they can effectively support their foreign business clients in achieving successful market entry and compliance. The presentation will use hypothetical scenarios to illustrate the choices foreign businesses will face when entering the U.S. market, with a focus on strategic considerations during the visa selection process and aligning visa options with business goals. This presentation is intended for attorneys who represent foreign businesses in various capacities, including corporate law, international transactions and trade, and immigration. It will be particularly beneficial for attorneys advising clients on establishing a presence in the U.S., hiring foreign talent, or navigating compliance with U.S. immigration regulations.  Speakers will bring multidisciplinary knowledge in complementary areas.
