Speaker Bios:
EDWARD J. LEVIN is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group at Gordon Feinblatt LLC. He has made more than 100 presentations, written more than 300 articles, co-authored a book about real property leases, and chaired committees and edited reports on third-party opinion letters. He is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) and a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University and the University of Virginia School of Law. 

PAUL C. LEVIN is a partner in the real estate group at Venable LLP.  He represents developers, owners, and users in negotiating complex real estate transactions, with a focus on taking projects from early stages through completion.  Paul is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Virginia School of Law.
